Here is our order policy:
This is for local pick up only in San Antonio, Texas. We do not ship feeders.
All orders must be in and placed by Tuesday morning at 10am.
All orders will be available for next day pickup. Depending on the amount of feeders ordered they will either be placed on Tuesday or Wednesday. Either day it will be sent overnight for freshness. Have your order in by Tuesday at 10am to ensure you do not miss out on the order.
Ask about the auto order program and let us worry about getting all your food bi weekly. Never run low again. Never have to remember on a busy Saturday to pick up crickets. You will get a bi weekly call letting you know your order has arrived. All orders must be paid in full at time of pick up. You will be monetarily responsible for your placed order. Paypal is available for credit card purchases if paid in full by Tuesday prior to the pick up. There is a 4.75% fee for all pay pal purchases. Cash and Credit Card only. No personal checks.
ALL FEEDERS ARE FRESH! NONE OF THE FEEDERS WILL SIT AROUND FOR WEEKS TILL SOLD LIKE AT PET STORES. YOU GET FRESH HIGH QUALITY GUT LOADED FEEDERS!
++++Please remember this is not a service we are making a profit off. This is strictly to help the local reptile community with cheaper feeders then what pet stores provide. We pre pay for your order and rely on you to pick it up. This is not a store front and you pick up from my home on 1 designated day of the week. If you would like feeders then please make sure you order by TUESDAY at noon for Wednesday pick up. I will occasionally make an exception to do pick ups on the weekend if verbally communicated to me and my schedule allows it.
Please do not show up un announced at my home on any occasion. If you call during the weekend its not top priority for me to respond quickly. I will return your phone call or email by the next business day. If you ordered feeders and did not pick them up on the appropriate day then please allow me a couple days to respond. I want to help out the local reptile community but this is not a money making venture for me so I do not feel the need to devote all my time to it. We are working towards making this a full time operation if we can build up a strong clientel. We are working towards a public store front business but as of now please respect my privacy and the favor we are providing the reptile community.++++
